Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Orders Only):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on shipping destination and carrier delays.


Domestic Shipping Only

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit, or arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at support@localkids.shop within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement if eligible.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
